The length of a coaching programme depends on the individual and their goals. I offer a variety of programmes to suit the need of the person I am working with. Some people want to kick start their journey with a short program eg 6 weeks. Other people prefer a more gentle approach over a longer period of time . Flexibility is key , everything is tailored to the person .

The first session can be longer as there is more information to worl through and can last up to 2 hours. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client, but are usually weekly.
